Elephant Editions is no more than a collection of texts, a contribution
to the great cauldron of dreams, ideas and experimentation for those who
have decided to make their desires reality, now, without delay.
The prices are orientative, with the usual reductions for bulk orders, distributors,
etc.
If you find any of the texts of interest and wish to receive them, send
what you can. No amount is too little—or too much. Obviously, the
less time spent procuring the necessary means, the more could be spent making
available material that might be useful to us all. So it’s also up
to you.
It goes without saying that books and pamphlets will be sent on request
to those in the clutches of State repression.
Any requests or contributions concerning this editorial project should be sent to:

Solidarity with the Aachen 4
£1.00
On June 24 2004, just over the border from Belgium, the German police stopped a car carrying three men and a woman for a routine ‘drugs control’. The reaction of one of the passengers was immediate: he pulled out a gun and fired a shot in the air. Following a car chase in which the driver and his wife were also taken as hostages, the three men were surrounded by police and gave themselves up.
Who are these people? Why go beyond a generic sympathy towards all rebels who, having extracted themselves from the logic of slavery and submission, find themselves face to face with the guard dogs of capital? The reason is simple: these men, Bart De Geeter, Jose Fernandez Delgado and Gabriel Pombo da Silva, have something in common with us: they are anarchists, lovers of freedom and sworn enemies of exploitation.
And when the enemy succeeds in taking rebels hostage, locking them up, framing them as terrorists and enemies of the people, there are comrades everywhere for whom solidarity is a fundamental, inextricable part of the totality of the struggle.
What’s going on in Italy?
£1.00
Concentration camps for immigrants where torture is the rule, arrests of anarchists all over the country, police raids and the storming of solidarity demonstrations.
While deportation and murder of immigrants have become everyday events, a great number of anarchists are now under investigation following the nth judicial frame-up, and many of them are in jail.
It is the State’s revenge against those who have always struggled against the brutal system of deportation and in solidarity with prisoners and the exploited.
This pamphlet is a contribution to exposing what’s going on in Italy and is in solidarity to all the comrades in jail.
The Finger and the Moon
£1.50
This pamphlet is a contribution to explaining what the so-called operation ‘Cervantes’ is about, following which a great number of anarchists were under investigation for conspiracy for nearly two years. In February 2006 that charge was dropped, while three anarchists, Tombolino, Simone and Massimo, are still under arrest. Tombolino was found guilty of sending a letter bomb that caused a cop to lose two fingers, Simone was sentenced to six years for an explosive attack that took place against the court of Viterbo and Massimo was sentenced to three years for an attack against a McDonanld’s restaurants. None of the charges were backed up with any real evidence.
The attacks of repression not only strikes those who are behind bars today, but, like a collective scourge, they strike all of us. That is why fighting back without wasting time is an absolute necessity, which everyone must accomplish according to their own aspirations and means, passion and anger.
The Unwanted Children of Capital

No one emigrates from their country for pleasure – this is a simple truth that many want to hide. If someone leaves their land and loved ones peacefully, we don’t define them migrants, but simply travelers or tourists.
Immigration detention centres exist all over fortress Europe as the bosses establish that only certain immigrants are allowed to stay while others are criminalized and deported. One such centre, Regina Pacis, near Lecce in southern Italy, was closed down following an unremitting struggle by a local anarchist group. Following this, operation ‘Notte tempo’ (night time) was unleashed by local police resulting in the arrest of 13 anarchists who were charged under conspiracy laws. Their trial is still going on.
This pamphlet presents a few contributions concerning the struggle against various detention centres in Italy, and actions carried out in other countries in solidarity with imprisoned immigrants and the Lecce anarchists.
